Hotel Luz

There's plenty of parking, and the room is okay. Breakfast is good, though the juice is the Tang kind. Hotel Luz is simple, without much to draw you in, but what it charges seems fair for what it offers. If you can't find somewhere to stay in Frutal, it's a good alternative, and you can take the chance to visit Bernardo.

They're always attentive and helpful, and we stay here whenever we're traveling between Florianopolis/SC and Goiânia/GO. They also accept our pets, three French bulldogs.

The room was cramped, the bathroom had no hand shower, there were no face towels, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the bathroom had no ventilation. Plaster was coming off the bedroom wall, and there was a strong cigarette smell in reception. I booked by phone for my wife and me, but when we arrived, we were told there were no rooms with a double bed, only single beds. The owners were at the hotel, but gave no explanation or even an acknowledgment of what had happened with the reservation. This was my first stay here, and there won't be another.

The rooms are great, but breakfast was disappointing. The sweet rolls were stale, there weren't many fruit choices, and the orange juice was powdered. The savory rolls weren't good either.
