Horrible. This hotel showed no commitment to its customer. I made a reservation with reception, and they said they needed a Pix payment to hold it. I explained I was staying through my company and could only pay by credit card, but the guy still confirmed the booking, probably because they had rooms available and wanted to fill them. He asked when I'd check in. I was still working and didn't know, so I explained that, and he kept the reservation instead of telling me they wouldn't accept that arrangement. While I was on my way, reception called to ask if I was still coming. I checked the hotel's location in a map app, which said 10 minutes away, and told them I'd be there in 10. I arrived in eight minutes, but the two people at reception told me they hadn't been able to hold the booking because of some policy or other. They could have told me by phone, the first time I explained I couldn't pay that way. They have no regard for their customers. Zero out of ten. Don't trust their reservations or their word. If you book here, be careful.

The hotel itself isn't bad, but the man at reception treated me badly. I think he's from another country. He was rude to my friends who stayed there too. The hotel had assigned me a room before I arrived, but when I got there, someone else was already in it. He was very blunt and said I should have told them when I was coming to check in, even though the hotel itself had already done that earlier. The rest of the staff were a 10.
