The room was unbearable in the heat. There was no air conditioning, just a small fan, and the sheet smelled really bad. I got the impression they might not clean the room between guests. Breakfast had very few choices, and with no elevator, getting up and down from the third floor was a struggle. A terrible stay. I wouldn't recommend it or come back.

The rooms were great and well looked after, and the place felt comfortable and welcoming. The only downside was that the elevator wasn't working, but that alone isn't enough for me to give it a bad rating.

Waking up to find there was no water to brush my teeth or take a shower was the worst part. The hotel also had no elevator, the breakfast had hardly any choices, and the reception was just average. With the window shut, the room got hot. Open it and the noise made it feel like sleeping out on the street.
