The staff were helpful and polite, but the room’s TV reception was poor and there was no cable TV. The hotel is difficult for older people, with at least one flight of stairs to reach any room or reception, and three flights to the dining room. The sheets were disappointing too, just one fitted sheet on the bed, with only a blanket for cover.

It’s a basic hotel in the city center, with air conditioning and a minibar in the rooms. There’s no parking, and breakfast is decent. The owners are very polite, and it works well for a short stay. I had a booking problem. I reserved through Leo booking, but when I arrived the employee hadn’t made the reservation. The owners offered me a room with four beds instead of the double room with two beds I’d requested, and the price was lower.

The rooms have an unpleasant smell. Breakfast is simple, and the location is good.

The rooms are good and there’s plenty of space. It’s well located, though there’s no parking. Breakfast was a letdown, pretty weak and served only at 7 a.m., which isn’t good if you’re traveling for work.

We’ll be back soon. The hotel was in a great location, close to the square where the Garanhuns Jazz Festival was happening, which was really convenient. Our room was clean and pleasant, with excellent air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent too, and the service was great.
