The location is great, but the place was dirty and poorly maintained. We were promised a sofa bed, but got a mattress on the floor, where cockroaches pass by. The fans didn't work properly either. When we asked the owner for what had been agreed, she was extremely arrogant, so the experience wasn't good.

The staff were lovely, welcoming, and really empathetic. The location is handy too, just two blocks from the central beach and near Garopaba's center and the square where you can catch the free bus to other beaches in town.

Everything needed for a comfortable stay was there, and the place was clean and practical. It's one block from the main beach and close to the amenities. I'd recommend it.
