Pousada Moradas Céu da Lagoa

Our accommodation had air conditioning, a kitchen, one double bed, two single beds, a fireplace, a bathroom, and a huge balcony with a lovely view of the lagoon. It even had an AirFryer. We needed extra blankets, and they provided them. It was well worth it. I'm not sure whether all the rooms are set up the same way, but there's also a shared kitchen with more utensils. The property is high up, and driving up can be difficult, though it didn't get in the way of our experience.

The view of the sunset from up on the hill is a real highlight. The pousada is simple and very affordable. It needs a bit of maintenance, but nothing got in the way of our stay. The kitchen has everything you need, and the shower is great and gets nice and hot. Bring mosquito repellent, there are quite a lot of mosquitoes. The receptionist is friendly and attentive.

We stayed in the apartment with a kitchen and a huge balcony, and our family loved it. The view is amazing, and the hostess and her mother were both very friendly. It's close to Praia da Ferrugem. Our apartment didn't have a TV, which turned out not to matter at all. The windows look out into nature, one toward the hillside rocks and another toward the mountains and lake. Fair price, and we'll definitely be back!

A really pleasant place, and the room for four was big enough for us. There was still a strong stuffy smell, which can be a bit uncomfortable if you have rhinitis. I'd recommend it, though. It was a different kind of experience.
