I left very unhappy. Our room was meant to have three single beds so my wife, her daughter, and I could sleep well, but only a two bed room was available because the correct room hadn't been reserved for us. The air conditioning also didn't work. We were moved to a room where it did, but in every room the window glass leaves part of the frame uncovered. Traffic noise came through all night. The design does nothing to keep the noise out, and sleeping was impossible when we needed rest before three 20 hour flights. A very disappointing stay.
