Nothing worked, and the power even went out for hours. We were also charged for a room we didn’t even use. There was nothing good about the place, just stress and a headache. I felt basically robbed when all I wanted was somewhere to stay. It was the worst experience, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I wasn’t happy with it. The suite was in very poor condition hygiene-wise, and the sheet was torn. They also didn’t include breakfast for the overnight stay. The price is much higher than other good motels.

The front desk service was terrible, and the stay ruined my night with my husband. The whirlpool and even the shower had no hot water. They didn’t warn us or offer a discount.
