We stayed just one night for work, from 15/10 to 16/10, and arrived at 7 pm. The rooftop had been one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, so I was surprised when they told us we couldn’t go up because we’d booked only one night. That didn’t make sense to me. I asked the receptionist if we could at least go up briefly for a photo, since we were heading out again soon and only wanted to capture the moment, not use the facilities. Every staff member said no, which I found absurd when we were guests. The attendant was also very rude. I’d booked through Airbnb and explained the situation, but even asking for a few minutes to take a picture got me an extremely disrespectful response.

The building is well organized and has all the necessary rules. It’s also conveniently located near Goiânia shopping and several restaurants.

I’m writing this so others know what happened with FLAT FOR YOU, a property rental and Airbnb company in Goiânia, GO, and apparently other states too. In April I needed a place from one day to the next, for 18/04 to 19/04. I found a flat on their site that looked great, and the pool and the comfort it promised were what drew me to it. Before booking with the attendant Heloísa, I messaged her on 14/04 to check that we’d have full access to the building’s pool. She assured me we would. When we arrived, I found two cockroaches in the kitchen sink while cooking, which already left me upset. On Friday night I called reception to ask for the pool key and was treated terribly. The person in charge answered by shouting that guests staying fewer than two nights couldn’t use the pool. I contacted Heloísa, who said there had been a miscommunication with building management, but confirmed we weren’t allowed to use it. I was extremely frustrated: I’d paid for a flat based on the promised access, and the pool and its view were the main reason I chose that particular place. Heloísa offered me another night, but I couldn’t stay because I had a commitment; she said I could use it on another date. When I tried to arrange that later, they asked me for a 100.00 reais fee. That made no sense to me after I’d already paid for a bad stay where they withheld what they’d promised and the apartment had cockroaches as well. I just want to register this complaint and warn people against booking with them, because they don’t provide what they offer.

I have apartments for sale in this condominium. (62)98197-1363
