I was surprised that my room didn't have a safe. I thought all the rooms came with one.

I felt this hotel was neglected. The room window opened onto a corridor, with no natural light or outside view, and the sink was inside the room. The bathroom flooded after a shower. The towels were already dirty when I got them, one with a blood stain and another with several different stains. There wasn't a double bed either, just two singles pushed together. Breakfast was poor, with low quality ingredients and hot food that was already cold. I couldn't find anything I wanted to eat. The elevators couldn't handle the number of guests, and one was out of order. The ones still running needed maintenance too, with a broken display leaving a hole visible. The location felt bad and far from everything, even though it was next to a popular shopping mall and 44. A whole women's soccer team was staying on my corridor and made noise at all hours. The room opposite mine seemed to be their base, with the door left open and lots of people talking in the corridor, coming and going.
