Apts in a Condo. w/ Pool, a few Steps fr/ Vaca Brava Park - Obds

I’d heard good things about opus and invested in the first Apt opus vaca brava, then a second one on Ricardo Paranhos. I was getting ready to invest in another until it was time to receive the first unit. The handover was delayed by more than eight months. When I finally came for the key, I found out the building couldn’t have gas because of a leak. I saw water tankers and learned there were several leaks, so the building couldn’t get water continuously, only intermittently. On my second day there, the whole building had an electrical failure. More than a year later, there’s construction going on everywhere. Today I was told the elevator had failed and there was a feeling of falling or something similar. There are many other issues too, and it’s really disappointing. After all this, I’ve stopped trying to stay positive and think things might improve. I’m very discouraged.

OPUS NEVER AGAIN! The worst construction company in Goiânia. Leaks, electrical failures, and a delayed handover. They won’t hand over the key unless you pay the notary, treat customers however they like, and reply whenever they feel like it. OPUS never again, I mean it. Zero stars.
