We're from Maranhão and decided to extend our stay, but when checkout time came, nobody talked to us about it. They just cut the power without warning or even asking. The people in charge were completely rude throughout our stay. The air conditioning barely worked, so we were sweltering, and the Wi-Fi was awful. It was a miserable experience.

The flat was clean, tidy, and really nice, and the location was great. I especially want to thank Adriana and Marcos for their wonderful service from check-in onward. They were attentive, polite, friendly, welcoming, and just lovely people. I'll definitely come back.

The view is beautiful and the location is good, but the service fell short. The beds had holes in them, the sheets had stains, and the curtains were torn. They said the rooms were soundproof, but that wasn't true.

The photos don't match what I found. It wasn't really a flat, just a room with a kitchen and bathroom, and it smelled musty. I chose not to stay. They said they'd refund me, but I'm still waiting. I wouldn't recommend it.
