A solid place.

Absolutely awful.

The breakfast had very few choices, and the noise made it impossible to get any rest. The parking area was in even worse shape. Inside, the bathroom was filthy, the sink was clogged, the curtain was dirty and broken, and the air conditioner was covered in dust and had mold on it. The whole room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. The bed linens never came, since we were told the laundry hadn't delivered them, even though it was already night. We slept without pillowcases and only had a blanket because we went out and bought one ourselves. It was a thoroughly unpleasant stay. I'll never come back, and I can't recommend this dump at all.

We had a terrible night at Hotel Nova Jerusalém. The power kept cutting out about every ten minutes, so we couldn't charge our phones and the Wi-Fi was barely usable. The shower in our room was broken. When we asked them to fix it, they moved us to a room with three single beds, despite our booking being for a double. There weren't any towels, although reception said there were, so we had to dry ourselves with a sheet. The receptionists acted as if we were wrong to expect basic things when we complained. We asked for a refund and were told they'd speak to the manager, but nothing was sorted out. I don't recommend it.
