Hostel Pigally

I came to Goiânia for a very important appointment and just needed to drop off my bags before heading out. There was nobody there when I arrived, so we got in touch with the person in charge, Senhor Alexandre. He was arrogant, rude, and acted superior, and practically kicked us out without knowing how to speak to us properly. It was a horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this lodging to my worst enemy. Thankfully, I found a hotel where the staff were helpful and welcoming.

Goiânia is beautiful, but this place was a miserable, stressful experience. There was no service, doorbell, or reception, and I spent a long time with my bags on an empty, unsafe street, feeling stranded. When the owner finally dealt with me, he was disrespectful and sarcastic, acting as if it were my fault. He started handling things with me out on the street. Other guests were complaining too. I got an Uber and went somewhere else. Avoid this place and ZAMPALLO HOSTEL, which belongs to the same owner. My rating is zero.

When the owner finally came out, he was sarcastic and acted as though the situation was my fault. He began dealing with me on the street, and I decided I'd rather stay out there than continue. I called an Uber and went somewhere else.

Sr. Alexandre treated me badly, and I couldn't even get inside. Thank God I was spared the rest of the experience.
