Hotel Aldeia Cerrado

The room smelled moldy and the bed was very hard. There was never anyone at reception to open the gate when I left or came back. The garage is almost 200 meters from the hotel, which is a real nuisance. For the price, the stay just isn't worth it.

This was disrespectful to a guest. I went out for dinner and came back at 10 p.m., then rang the bell for 20 minutes before another guest opened the door for me. Without them, I wouldn't have been able to get in. The receptionist in the morning had confirmed that the person on duty was asleep.

Breakfast is included in the stay, and each room is named after a tree native to the cerrado, which fits the hotel's name. Haha. The parking lot is about 200 meters away.

The room was small, the bathroom was dirty, and wires from the shower's electrical connection were hanging loose. When I went out and came back, the woman left me outside the gate for nearly 10 minutes while I rang the bell. There was no blanket in the room, so I had to ask in person because nobody answered the reception phone. I called three times at different hours, and nobody picked up. They don't offer breakfast.
