ID Vida Urbana

With its themed floors and a view across the whole city of Goiânia, this is one of the best buildings there, whether you're looking to live or stay through Airbnb. There are several options for that. It's beside praça Tamandaré and close to restaurante do Walmor. If you don't know it, it's worth checking out.

The building itself is beautiful, and we really enjoyed the stay. It was quiet, and the heated pool had a stunning view. Check-in at the entrance was welcoming and went smoothly. There's also a fair very nearby on Saturday, which is fun to visit. The playroom could use some work. It has no toys, isn't inviting, and needs renovation. Aside from that, everything was great.

With around 80% occupancy, much of it for Airbnb, it's nearly impossible to use the leisure areas. The sauna often smells of urine, the entrance glass is always dirty, the elevators are wet with smudged mirrors, and shared spaces don't seem to get proper, frequent cleaning. The elevator system also leaves them constantly overcrowded. The building management is a letdown. Many owners and investors seem unconcerned with upkeep, and the internal rules aren't followed. Some people even try to loosen them further. The development was marketed for both permanent living and short term rentals, but management is failing at both. Some owners also set nightly rates very low, attracting people who stay just one night and leave a mess. I wouldn't recommend it for a permanent home, a temporary stay, or an investment. The neglect has significantly hurt the development's value and quality. It's a shame to see ID Vida Urbana's potential so badly wasted.

I come from Brasília to spend a few days here when I want to relax, enjoy the convenience, and work out in an empty gym. I love how peaceful it is and all the little comforts. The sauna is wonderful, and the pool is gorgeous. The whole building is designed to give residents comfort and leisure. People in Brasília think living well means living in Noroeste. They don't know what good quality housing is. There isn't another building like this in Brasília or Goiânia. I love this place, it's wonderful in every way.
