Santa Cruz Hotel

There’s plenty that needs renovating, and some details are hard to miss. Still, the place is quiet, clean, and organized. The location is great, right across from the camelódromo. The garage is improvised in a shop farther up the street. Sorry about the mess in the photo.

The staff were very courteous, and the place was clean. The accommodations are simple, but fine for an overnight stay, and the basic breakfast was enough. The building does need renovation, but it didn’t get in the way of resting. For the price, it’s well worth it.

I hated it. The smell was awful, it was dark, and the room was completely dirty and full of moths. The bathroom was extremely grimy, the cramped room had a fan that looked like it had never been cleaned, and the box they call a TV was no good. My family and I didn’t even stay ten minutes. I was charged 180 reais for the night, but the air conditioning was filthy and didn’t work, and then they charged 90,00 reais for canceling. This place needs to be demolished. I can’t recommend it. After so much disappointment with Santa Cruz, I found one rated five stars and highly recommend SAN CONRRADO instead. It was 160,00 a night, wonderful in every way, and even had a valet 😉.

The reception service was horrible. There’s just one electrical outlet, so you have to choose between using the TV and charging your phone. If you don’t know this hotel in Goiânia, stay far away. It’s a horror, and I can’t even call it a hotel. The worst one I’ve ever stayed in.
