The facilities need work, especially the upkeep of the spaces. I had a bad stay, and apparently plenty of other people have had the same experience. It surprises me that they’re still on a rental platform with so many complaints, and that the person responsible for the hotel replies so rudely to them. When I stayed, I was treated with disregard and disrespect. They always seem to suggest the guest is at fault and trying to harm them, when really the guest is the one who booked without knowing the hotel’s bad reputation. They need to improve the service and everyone’s behavior. It can’t be that the whole world is against them and they’re always so unfairly treated. I don’t believe they have any moral integrity, but they should at least treat people with basic respect. Now you can copy and paste the same defamatory words you posted on the earlier reviews.

The location is pleasant, and I’ve stayed there before, but this apartment was poorly cared for and fell well short of other units in the same flat. It needs maintenance, and the host needs to pay more attention to guests. The air conditioner was old and noisy. The bathroom was okay, but the tap wouldn’t shut off and kept dripping. Water collected on the wooden kitchen counter and ran onto the floor, with no floor cloth available to wipe it up. There wasn’t a single item in the kitchen, and the minibar was very old with rusty racks. The place could have been much better.
