The apartment itself is nice and well located. The parking is awful, though, from the entrance to everything involving a car. It’s a miserable maze.

Vigilante Magno was incredibly rude. I stopped to ask where the building entrance was because I couldn’t find it, and he immediately yelled that I couldn’t park there. Several people were waiting for Uber in that spot, so the whole thing was embarrassing. I was there to check in to an apartment, but he kept shouting that I had to move the car and made me use the paid parking, even though I had a resident’s parking space in the building. I showed him my reservation and he still yelled at me. After I came back from paying, he mocked me and said I could complain to management, telling me to take a photo of his badge and go make the complaint. The lack of preparation was unbelievable.

The apartment deserves top marks and is close to everything. Finding the building is hard, though, because the signs are so poor.

I had a hard time finding the entrance, especially by car. The garage staff seemed unprepared and uninterested in understanding the problem or helping fix it. I’d never recommend renting a flat here, especially 406a do Rei dos Flats. If anything goes wrong, communication is poor and unreliable, and they may stop replying altogether.
