WTC Goiânia Stay & Hotel by Atlantica

I like newer hotels, and this one is quite new with good value for money. Check-in was quick and attentive, the breakfast was varied and tasty on the two quieter days, and the bathroom amenities were good quality and environmentally friendly, in large bottles of Loccitanne shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, and moisturizer. The Friday night was noisy, with loud music coming into our room from somewhere until around 23:30. Room cleaning could have been better. At 16:00 on the first day, it still hadn’t been tidied, and we found a huge clump of blonde hair in the room. Saturday breakfast was also a mess when a large group of athletes arrived. They ate so much there was hardly anything left for us, and no tables to sit at. The floor was sticky, there was no brewed coffee, and very few options were left.

The room was spacious and clean, with very good quality bed and bath linens, and the staff were attentive. The breakfast area felt a bit cramped, though the food was good and there was plenty of variety. I had galinha da com pequi, which was really good, and the dessert was great too. I didn’t care for the cosmopolitan. There’s also a very nice event space. Great value for money.

The personal care from the staff stood out most. They paid attention to each guest’s individual needs, and everyone was highly skilled and thoughtful. Will at reception, Wana, Diene, and Lázaro were wonderful, and Sr. Antônio took great care with my car in the parking lot. The service was spectacular, and the breakfast was wonderful. The kitchen was excellent too, from the coffee machines to the delicious scrambled eggs. I’ve traveled all over the world, and this level of service measures up.

The hotel is beautiful, with all the amenities, and my room was spotless. The staff were attentive throughout. Pedro welcomed me as soon as I arrived, offered me a welcome drink, and kindly adjusted my reservation after I realized I’d booked the room for too many people. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer welcome. 10/10.
