Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant's regular menu has an omelet as a vegetarian choice. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of pillow options, though the bathrooms are small. I sometimes had to ask several times for soap, towels, or toilet paper to be replaced. The showerhead was dirty and covered in rust when I arrived. Maybe that's due to the city's water, but it still should be taken seriously for guests' comfort. The staff try their best, though some things could improve the stay. The WiFi stopped working properly by the second night. Not everyone on staff speaks fluent English, but there are Spanish and Italian speakers. All in all, a good option.

The Goiânia Center can be dangerous at night, so avoid walking back to the hotel or going out on foot then. During the day, this hotel in the old center is well placed for reaching the airport, bus station, and main avenues. It's part of a large international hotel network, and the service and accommodation are in line with that network's standards.

The rooms are spacious and kept clean, and room service is good with reasonable prices. Plaza Inn Augustus Hotel is centrally located and easy to reach. On arrival, the welcome could be friendlier to everyone, not only guests who are dressed well or wearing a suit.

It's a basic place with a nice price and a quick check-in. Fine for a business trip, but I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation. I'd recommend it for work.

An older, comfortable hotel that's easy to find and well located. The hospitality in Goiânia is good.
