I stayed here for a few days and really liked the place. The condominium is close to the beach and has a lot on offer: a pool, game room, gym, and kids' area. It felt very safe, and getting in was easy with the access tags.

Really nice apartment, with great facilities, just three blocks from Palmas beach!

The location is great and the place is lovely. But dogs were barking all day, and our young daughter couldn't sleep because of the noise. I don't think tenants should leave their dogs alone in the apartments when they go to the beach. I also felt sorry for the animals, since it's not their fault.

The building is really comfortable and has all the amenities. There are good parking spaces, a pool, a gym, and shared areas.

The leisure area is spacious, with several different spots to enjoy. This is one of the most organized condominiums in Palmas, built very well by the MTF construction company and managed just as well.
