Everything was so well organized, and the whole place sits right among the greenery. Such a lovely condominium.

The apartments are cozy, and some are available for vacation rentals. This development by Melnick has a lot on offer: a party room with a warm, welcoming feel, a wood-fired pizza oven and a big barbecue grill, plus a multi-sport court and a covered clay tennis court, which is one of the few in the region.

Really cozy, and close to the center of Gramado.
