The piano really makes the place special. This spacious, high-end apartment has lots of thoughtful touches for guests: the sheets and blankets were in perfect condition and smelled lovely, and even the floor cloth by the laundry sink came sealed from the laundry and smelling fresh. The fireplace was ready with a fire-starting kit when we arrived. The internet was very good, over 200MB, and every room had a heater, including the balcony.

The receptionist was very attentive, and the location was great. We got in touch with the owner on the day we arrived, but it was very difficult to reach him by phone. From what we could tell, he doesn’t live in Gramado, since he never comes by. I suggest adding the receptionist’s phone number to the listing.
