The food looked good across the board. I had the New York Strip with mashed potatoes, and it was genuinely tasty. The Gramado location has been open since 2018, which shows in the place: memorabilia and props out front, and an interior with a lived-in, fully built-out feel that newer cafes still don’t have. It was packed even at lunch, usually a good sign. Turns out there’s a reason: in late 2025, this Hard Rock Cafe was named the world’s best out of more than 300 locations, winning the Top of the Rock Award. Better food, better mood. See you again when the hotel opens 😏

The food was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We reserved the third floor for the night show. For the best view, sit near the shaft in the middle of the room to watch the show live, or in the side wing if you want to see it on TV. You really do need a reservation. We had a great time.

My partner and I often visit Hard Rock Cafes in other cities and countries, so we were surprised to find one in Gramado. It felt kind of strange: Gramado seems like a German village in the mountains, and then there’s a Hard Rock Cafe. The place was small, clean, and neat. We were also picked to make a video talking about our Hard Rock Cafe visits and experiences. The merchandise shop is awesome. I’ve collected the glasses for more than 10 years, along with T-shirts, hats, and other things. My only complaint was my burger. I ordered it well done, but it came out medium. I don’t like pink meat, though I ate as much as I could. Without that, this would have been a five-star review.
