A scam! I booked for 31/12/24 through booking and had already paid. A few days beforehand, I tried reaching the inn by email and phone, but got no reply. I went to its address at the check-in time listed on booking, but everything was shut and nobody was there. I stayed outside for quite a while, ringing the bell, calling out, and clapping, with no response. It was awful, and I was left on the street with my suitcase and had to book another inn at the last minute. They still haven't answered my email or returned my calls, and the full cost of a stay that never happened was charged to my credit card. I have all the proof.

The apartment for rent is furnished, has covered parking and a heater, though the building manager decides how long the heat stays on. It's reasonably close to the center of Gramado. There are two TVs, but the bedroom one gets a poor antenna signal. The coffee maker doesn't work, and the bed's mattress topper is poor, while the pillow is old and very dirty. If the owner fixes a few things, it could be a very pleasant place for guests.

A quiet, comfortable spot close to the city center, with its own parking. The furnished apartment has the comforts of home, including a fridge, stove, microwave and two TVs. There are also two bicycles for getting out and about. A great choice if you want to explore and relax.

The host was so welcoming, and the apartment was spotless. It had everything we needed, from cutlery to bath towels and blankets.

A cozy, well-organized place that works really well for a family of four, kids included. The price is more than fair.
