It’s close to downtown, and breakfast was good. The heater didn’t work properly, though, and there was no hot water for washing hands in the bathroom.

The breakfast was sensational, with lots of choice and everything delicious. The hotel was spotless and neatly kept in every detail, and the team were so polite, attentive, and ready to help, from reception through room service. Its location is perfect, very close to the center and convenient for getting around. One of the best places I’ve stayed. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely come back.

R$ 500 for one night here is simply unjustifiable. The place feels poorly built, there’s no sound insulation, the bathroom is old, and the bed is uncomfortable. The 4.7 rating doesn’t match what I experienced. It’s a parking lot with rooms around it. I also left my shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, and when I got in touch, they told me to look harder in my suitcase. The stay didn’t deliver even the basics for the price, and they took no responsibility for my belongings. I don’t recommend it.
