Paloma and Alissiana were so attentive, kind, understanding, and helpful. They even helped decorate the room for our proposal. The hotel offers that service through the Plumeria Production Package, which includes what you need for a romantic evening. The hotel feels cozy and well suited to a romantic stay. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning, a heater and a fireplace. The bed and pillows were comfortable too. Breakfast was high quality, and the cheese bread waffle with nata and strawberry jelly, plus the apple pie, were delicious. I only wish they'd varied the breakfast more from one day to the next.

The grounds are lovely and full of greenery. My 89-year-old mother has a hard time with stairs, and they found us a chalet with just three steps. She doesn't like going out at night, so it was a real plus that we could have a snack right at the hotel. Every staff member was excellent, and the place was clean. Breakfast was very good and made there, though I found the rolls weak. They could offer homemade bread or better-quality rolls. I'd also replace the shower with a better one. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We stayed in the valley chalet, which was fantastic. It was warm, cozy, and beautifully set up, with a fireplace. The breakfast was wonderful too, and the location couldn't be better.
