The owner, Otto, made a big impression on us. He was polite, helpful, and friendly, and went beyond what you’d expect from someone simply providing accommodation. He gave my wife and me lots of useful tips for enjoying Gramado/Canela. The pousada is clean, well organized, and peaceful, with an incredible view from the room and lovely shared spaces throughout the condominium. My room had a TV, microwave, minibar, air conditioning, and a bathroom with both hot and cold water.

The condominium where the pousada is located is lovely, pleasant, and has a 24-hour guard. It’s close to everything, though there’s a hill up to the entrance. Seu Otto always drove us up, and an Uber ride cost 5 pila, as they say there. The host is kind and always ready to help. I loved the experience and recommend the pousada.

Wonderful! Sr Otto and dona Neunci are lovely. The location is perfect, and the room was clean and tidy. It has everything you need, including a sandwich maker, cutlery, and a table, and breakfast is on the house. I’d recommend it a thousand times. I’m sure nobody would regret staying here.
