The room was very clean and the bathtub was big, but what really stood out was the service. My husband and I were surprised by how polite and kind the whole team was. We came to Gramado on an unplanned trip and couldn't find anywhere available to sleep, so we ended up at this wonderful motel with such lovely, courteous people. They treated us so well that what was supposed to be one night turned into two. The staff deserve all the praise, and I highly recommend the place. I hope this comment brings them many customers, and that the employees get a nice raise. When I visit the city again, I hope there's a room for my husband and me.

A very good place, with a really clean room and working air conditioning. Just a note: depending on the room, the garage may not fit a large pickup truck.

The room themes are fantastic, and the motel is great across the board, from cleanliness and how the rooms are presented to the location. I definitely recommend it.
