They welcomed us at check-in with a choice of coffee, tea, water, or champagne. In the room, there was a welcome note and chocolates waiting for us. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service is excellent, and the hotel has lots of amenities. We had a wonderful stay.

The rooms are great, and you can pick anything from one with a private jacuzzi to a top-floor room with a view. Breakfast was delicious, with a good range of traditional Brazilian options. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

We had a dream stay. The views were incredible, and the location was hard to beat. Our large room came with robes and slippers, and there were several pools, a gym, and a spa. Breakfast and service were great too. We’ll definitely be back.

The facilities look impressive when you arrive, but the pool is only about 5m long, so the wide-angle photos are misleading if you expect to swim. Service was the bigger issue. We were told the restaurant stayed open until 11.30 pm, then found out at the door that it had closed at 10.30 pm. After a long drive, we had to go into town late to find food. The next night, ten minutes after we ordered, we were told the simple risotto would take 45 minutes because an ingredient wasn't available. We suggested some vegetables from another dish instead, and were told that would cost extra.

We had a pleasant stay here over Christmas. The hotel was very nice, clean, and decorated nicely.
