Apartamentos Sulla Collina

Great!

The location is very good and the reception was attentive, but I wouldn't recommend this place. It's rooms with bathrooms on a plot of land, not a hotel. I booked two rooms with four beds and made sure to stress that in the reservation. When we arrived there were only three beds, even though two were double beds. That wasn't what we'd booked, and it upset us a lot. Sharing a bed wasn't part of our reservation, and since we'd already paid and it was December 28, there was no time to find somewhere else. The towels and sheets were old and dingy. There was a very high wooden step to get into the room, which had wooden walls. The shower enclosure was loose and nearly came all the way off, and only half of it could be opened. There wasn't a single hanger or hook in the bathroom.

The guy who welcomed us was really kind from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, the cleaner made the experience unpleasant. While we were parking, she butted in for the second time, looked at us hostily, and gave unnecessary instructions. It was embarrassing and showed poor customer service. I hope management does something about it.

What a mess. I booked the apartment at a good price and got a payment request, but they gave me only 6 minutes to pay before canceling. They said demand was high. When I tried to book again, the price had gone up 30%, even though it was still available. So much for high demand. Bad experience.
