Terrible! The worst experience you could have. It wasn’t even close to what I expected, and I don’t recommend it.

The loft was modern, clean, and fully equipped, and the host was so attentive. It’s close to everything, so we didn’t need a car except for trips to the parks. It worked perfectly for a couple or a couple with a child. I did miss having a little welcome gift at reception. We’ve rented several places before and usually there’s chocolate or a bottle of wine, just a suggestion. I’d give it 10 stars.

I wouldn’t recommend it. They advertised one price, then raised it when we went to book. When we questioned the change, they said it had been advertised incorrectly. We paid by card, but two days later they canceled it, giving that as the reason. It felt careless, dishonest, and like they had no commitment.

I’ve been in an apartment for five days with broken heating and a broken TV. I reported both to the real estate agency on the first day, and they still haven’t fixed anything. The support is ineffective. When booking, hope you don’t run into a problem with the place.
