Hotel Fioreze Origem

The room was spacious and had a heater, and there's a heated pool at the hotel. Every afternoon they leave hot chocolate and some cake or cookies at reception, which is a nice touch. Breakfast starts at 7, but if you need it earlier, just let them know the day before and they'll arrange the time you need. It's plentiful, and everything was very well prepared. The staff are incredibly polite and smiling all the time. They have valets who fetch your car or put it away in the garage. At the end of the stay there's a 10% charge, but it's completely optional and split among all the employees. With this level of service, it would be hard not to pay it with a smile. Congratulations to everyone at Hotel Fioreze Origem, and thanks for the welcome! 😄👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The staff were warm and helpful, and the hotel kept water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits available at reception all day. Breakfast was very good too. My husband and I chose Hotel Fioreze Origem for our first trip to Gramado, a special birthday getaway, because it was close to the center. We could do almost everything on foot and only used the car to go to Canela. On my birthday, they surprised me with a little cake and a thoughtful card. I loved the gesture. It was a great stay, and we'd happily return.

There’s a small kitchen guests can use, with an electric kettle, filtered water, and a microwave. Our room was spacious and very clean, and breakfast had lots of choices. The staff were polite, helpful, and so kind. We loved everything at Fioreze Origem!

The hotel feels peaceful and comfortable, with welcoming decor in both the rooms and shared spaces. From arrival on, the staff were attentive and quick to help with any request. Everyone was courteous and made us feel welcome. The whole stay was a pleasure and exceeded what I expected.
