The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is nicely kept. What really made the stay for me was the host, who lives in the house. She was warm, friendly, and always ready to help us feel at home. The house itself is charming and sits in a gated community near Lago Negro, which made me feel very safe. You do need to travel to the center, but Uber works great and the ride is around 5 reais. I liked it a lot, and plan to stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

I had an unexpected issue and couldn't go, but I let them know ahead of time. It's been four months and I still haven't gotten my money back. Every time, there's a different excuse. I was convinced by the owner, Cida, to book with her directly instead of through Booking. I trusted her and followed everything we agreed on, but I haven't been reimbursed. Completely disrespectful.

Cissa, who owns the place, makes guests feel at ease, and the stay was such a lovely experience that we'll remember it for a long time. The lodging is cozy, beautiful, and very safe. It's close to Lago Negro and near everything. We'll be back next year.
