The room had one problem after another: the air conditioner leaked and flooded the floor, the toilet was clogged, some outlets didn't work, and the TV barely got one channel before switching off repeatedly. I was there with my family, and my sister's room had no air conditioner remote, so we had to share one. The facilities were old, too. What bothered me most was the woman running the place. She was rude and completely unreceptive, with no warmth or empathy. I won't stay at this pousada again, and I can't recommend it.

The service was awful. In May, I paid half the amount for a group of 17, with the understanding that I'd pay the rest by credit card. When we arrived, they said the balance had to be paid by Pix or cash. The shower and TV didn't work either, and breakfast had very little food, with no refills. For coffee, there should have been at least 34 rolls, so anyone who wanted a second one could have had one.

What a terrible place. Everything smelled bad, and the old facilities were moldy. Breakfast was really poor quality. I left feeling disgusted. Gramado and Canela have plenty of good places to stay, so only come here if you want to get frustrated.

My reservation couldn't be found, and breakfast was allowed for no more than 20 minutes, with signs posted all over. There was coffee but no juice or eggs, and it didn't match the pictures on the website. A really bad experience.

I spent a weekend here for work and was very pleased with my stay. It's a lovely place to relax, quiet, calm, tidy, and family-friendly, with a great welcome. I highly recommend it and will be back! 🙂
