I’ve never had such awful service from any hotel I’ve booked around the world. I made a mistake with the date, then called to cancel on the day I was due to arrive, but was still charged for all three nights. I would have understood being charged for one night as a no-show, but charging for every night makes no sense. I tried to sort it out, and the attendant didn’t seem to care about customers. If that’s how they treat you over the phone, I imagine the service would have been just as bad in person. Better not to book here.

The location is fantastic, close to the city’s main attractions. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was really tasty, and Daiane and Bruno took great care of us. Excellent hotel!
