The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located, but check-in was the slowest and most complicated I've ever experienced. They checked everyone's passports, then asked for CPF numbers, zip codes, and other details. For guests without a CPF, they made one up. There were five of us, so writing down everyone's date of birth, CPF number, and address, copying our passports, and entering all that personal information into the system took a very long time. I've never had this happen at any other hotel during all my travels.

The hotel team gave me a wonderful welcome at the desk, and my check-in was already prepared, so getting to my room was quick. They walked me around the hotel area, and while I was there I felt like it was my home. The service was amazing. The only mistake was that they didn't have an espresso machine.

The breakfast spread had plenty to choose from, and they even left us a chocolate, cake, or another little treat each night. The room was nice and had central heating. The hotel feels new. It's a bit of a walk from downtown, but you can get there on foot.

The rooms were really clean, and the hotel service made my whole stay in Gramado so much better. Breakfast had a huge range of choices too. I'd give this place even more stars if I could.

The hotel is lovely and dog friendly, while still being very clean. But the service was the best I've ever had at a hotel. Amazing, and I can't recommend it enough.
