I rarely write reviews, but Ritta Hoppner deserves one. The owners have put an incredible amount of care into this place, down to the small details, and it comes together beautifully. The daily treats, complimentary tea and coffee, evening service, and parting gift all made a difference. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels across Europe, the US, and Japan, and this was honestly the best one for me. They made me feel like an honored guest and at home, something most hotels don't manage these days. The staff are a real credit to you. Ten stars.

The decorations were nice, and the drinks were good, but the food was horrible. We ordered the tasting menu and none of the dishes came close to an authentic German recipe. The menu was overly complicated and digital, and the staff didn't explain it well.

The restaurant had some great dishes, especially the risotto with mushroom and scalopes. Staff were extremely friendly, always willing to help and answer questions. The rooms and facilities are gorgeous, with lovely views and gardens. It's in a calm neighborhood, yet very close to the city center.

It's an expensive hotel, but one of the best in Gramado. We had loads of space for our family, and the service went beyond what I expected. Whenever I needed anything for my little one, they were attentive. Breakfast is king, and the afternoon tea is great too if you want to come back for it. The amenities and services were all really good, and I bet you'd be delighted with whichever accommodation you choose. I loved our stay and would return.

The room was very comfortable, and some have a small private hot pool in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of hot and cold choices, sweets, and savory items. They also serve tea in the restaurant at the end of the afternoon. The staff were incredibly friendly. It's an amazing hotel.
