The price feels fair for what's included, and the staff are friendly and really helpful. Breakfast has a great range of choices, too. It's very close to downtown Gramado, so I'd happily stay here again.

The room was clean, but it was noisy. The walls are drywall, so you can hear other guests showering and flushing. There's no cupboard, and the blackout windows don't make the room dark, so bring a sleep mask. The spare bed is unusable unless you want a light shining in your head, as shown in the photo. There are holes in the walls and the paint is already damaged. We booked this brand-new hotel for the pool and fitness area, but both were closed for refurbishing. How does that happen in a new hotel? The fitness area didn't even have machines. At breakfast, nothing was labeled or explained, which would be a problem for someone with food allergies. There was no egg station or anything like it. The coffee was basic, with no espresso or latte available. Nobody explained the benefits at tourist venues either; we only heard about those at the venues themselves. They may think this is a five-star hotel, but I don't think they've seen a real one.

The neighborhood was excellent, and check-in was easy. The breakfast was full and everything was clean.
