Pousada Caminho Das Rosas

The suite was spacious and pleasant, with a very clean room, a lovely bed, and a roomy bathroom with a great shower. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful, and everything we needed was nearby. Janete and Waldir were so kind, polite, and helpful. We loved our stay and are grateful for their hospitality and care. We’ll definitely return.

Sra. Janete welcomed us warmly and shared tips about things to do nearby. The inn feels like home, simple, inviting, and clearly cared for by its owners. Our room was a good size, with a very comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, and an excellent shower. Having a microwave in the room was handy for reheating leftover pizza, and there were welcome treats like coffee with milk and chocolate. Towels were changed daily, and there’s parking. A small market with lots of options is close by. There isn’t breakfast, though they explained there’s a place to eat and make coffee. With so many food options in Gramado, we went out to eat, and it didn’t affect our stay at all. We hope to come back!

The care from Senhor Valdir and Janete made our stay special. We’ve traveled a lot and haven’t had such warm, family-like treatment anywhere else. We arrived at night on a very cold day, and they’d already turned on the room heater for us. They made us feel welcome and comfortable, and our baby loved it too. The inn is simple and cozy, with a good location and a very good, reasonably priced restaurant nearby. The room was always clean and well organized, the shower was wonderful, and the blankets didn’t smell musty. Everything was well cared for. When we visit the city again, this will definitely be our place to stay. Thank you so much for the kindness.

The welcome from the owners is what made this stay for me. They were warm, well informed about city events, and made me feel right at home. Caminho das Rosas is a pleasant place to stay if you want to save money and still be somewhere comfortable. The inn is close to the center, around a 30-minute walk at most, and the bus passes nearby. Cleaning is done daily, and the room items are replaced too. Breakfast was excellent, varied, and well stocked, with the owner always topping up the treats and great coffee. I’d recommend the place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay, and I’d absolutely return.
