Pousada Florença

A family-friendly place.

The place had such a lovely feel, and the location in Gramado was excellent. We had a wonderful stay, from the welcome at reception to the little thoughtful touches. Everyone who helped us was warm and attentive, and made us feel at home. Our room was spotless and smelled fresh, the bedding was top quality, and the accommodations were very comfortable. Breakfast was beautifully presented with lots of tasty choices. A special surprise was the 5 p.m. tea, prepared with so much care that it became one of our favorite parts of the day. It's a real retreat in the middle of Gramado. I'd happily recommend it and would definitely return!

The best part of breakfast was the delicious red fruit cheesecake. Pousada Florença is a welcoming, family-friendly place with a peaceful atmosphere that's great for relaxing. It's right in the center of Gramado, so restaurants are easy to reach on foot. Famiglia Guimarães is only a few meters away and has excellent beef parmigiana. A little farther along, there are wine and chocolate shops, plus attractions like parque Lugano and Criamigos. It's a lovely place to stay.

It feels like arriving at a warm, welcoming family home. The service is attentive, and breakfast is wonderful, especially the Banoffe with fresh banana cream and whipped cream. The location is perfect if you want to be near the center and close to the main attraction exits. There's also parking, which is a big help since getting around or finding somewhere to park in Gramado is such a struggle.
