Tri Hotel Lago Gramado

I thought it was good value overall. The heating worked well, and even though it was bitterly cold outside, the hotel, especially the room, was warm. The bed and blankets were comfortable, breakfast had a good variety and tasted nice, and the staff were helpful. The downside was that I traveled with my small pet. We weren’t told during booking about either the pet fee or the parking fee. Both are charged per day, so depending on how long you stay, you could end up paying quite a bit more at check-in. Apart from that, everything was fine. Worth it!

The room was nicely climate-controlled, the beds were great and very comfortable, and the bathroom was well equipped with a good shower. Breakfast was wonderful too. We were welcomed warmly, and reception promptly took care of our requests. The service deserves praise. Thanks for making our stay feel so welcoming. We’ll definitely come back.

Our stay at Tri Hotel de Gramado was a really special experience, and we’re grateful for all the attention and care. The room was clean and organized, thanks to the dedication and care of the housekeepers Amanda, Rosicleide and Marcelo. We’d also like to thank the manager, Débora, for her attention, professionalism, and for making everything run so smoothly. The whole team made the service feel warm and personal. I see lots of people speaking well of this place in reviews, but I’m left wondering if we stayed at the same hotel. We booked two nights and left after just one because we couldn’t manage another. The room smelled of mold, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and the sheets were stained. The AC wouldn’t heat, and neither the heater nor the hair dryer worked. There weren’t even blankets on a cold day. This was my second stay here after several years, and now it looks abandoned and poorly maintained. There are much better options in Gramado for the price. What should have been a pleasant holiday turned into a headache. Rede Tri-Hotel, please refund me for the night I didn’t stay. I accepted the terms, but you also should have provided what you promised.
