The garage remote and shower both gave me trouble when I arrived. It was a hassle because they couldn't fix them that day, but they sorted everything out the next day.

It's a great place, though a bit away from the center. The value for money makes up for that inconvenience.

Everything was new, and I loved it. Mr. Roque is a wonderful person with a kind heart.

I've stayed in rooms 1, 7, and 3, and each was excellent. Seu Roque, the host, is very polite. I always recommend the place to people I know.

The structure is really good, and the service was excellent. When I had an issue with a musty smell in one room, they were very attentive and moved me to another. The cleaning, especially in the bathroom, leaves a lot to be desired, though. Without that problem, I'd definitely return.
