The breakfast was a highlight, with freshly baked pastries, fruit, and plenty of other tasty options. It was a lovely way to start the day. Families will also appreciate the kid-friendly amenities and play area, which kept the children entertained. We had a great view of the mountains from our windows, and it was easy to walk downtown and explore Gramado. The hotel's facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff were polite and welcoming throughout our stay, and Rafael deserves a special mention for his professionalism and warm hospitality. My recent stay at Villa Bella Hotel & Spa Gramado exceeded my expectations. The location, service, and overall experience were exceptional.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping team took very good care of our room. A special thanks to all the staff, especially Marcos, the best waiter ever. You're amazing, my friend, and I wish you all the best. We highly recommend the hotel and will definitely be back!

We keep coming back, and after three stays the service has been just as good each time. The hotel is lovely, parking near reception is easy, and it’s wheelchair-friendly. We book a jacuzzi room overlooking the valley, which is amazing. The food is good quality and reasonably priced for Gramado and this kind of hotel. Everyone is friendly and happy to help. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

Wouldn’t recommend room 204. It looked straight onto an A/C unit, and the bathroom fixtures were poorly maintained. There were grease marks on the shower door, too.

It’s a well-equipped hotel with a spa and hot pools. The center isn’t right nearby, but it’s walkable in about 10-15 minutes.
