For what I paid, especially compared with typical prices around the region, I found the stay very pleasant. The hotel is comfortable, with a tasty breakfast and a good selection, and it's in a convenient spot between Gramado and Canela. There were a couple of things that took away from the experience. The elevator doesn't reach the top-floor rooms, which are the larger ones, including ours. Our room also wasn't cleaned on one of the days we requested it, and the response to my complaint wasn't satisfactory. There was quite a bit of road noise in our room throughout the day. We were too tired to make an issue of it.
