The pool has separate areas for children and adults, and groups can use the social spaces, including a grilling area. Breakfast is generous, and restaurants and a huge grocery store are only a few minutes away by car. The hostess is delightful and speaks German, English, and Portuguese. This feels like my new home in Gravata Pernambuco, a little haven of German hospitality and cleanliness right in the tourist center. The bed is wonderful, and it’s quiet enough to hear sheep from a nearby farm.
