Very Good Featured review

6/10
The location is great, and the kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extremely tasty and complete, too. The staff were upbeat overall, though one receptionist had a very squeaky voice and was extremely loud. The acoustics throughout the building are awful, so everything gets really loud, especially with noisy guests around. The building and fittings need attention, the bath towels were poor quality, and most bedrooms are very small. Parking was terrible.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was nice with a good bed and pillows. The bathroom felt too small. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the historic center.
