This was a terrible experience. The breakfast was incomplete, and so much else fell short of what was promised or even the bare minimum. My room was noisy, the TV didn’t work, and the shower sprayed water everywhere, even up to the ceiling. The toilet was loose, the curtain wouldn’t open, and the towel was stained, despite a bathroom notice threatening a fine if guests stain towels. I complained several times. The worst part was that they moved my belongings to another room without telling me or getting my permission. That was a complete invasion of privacy, and I wouldn’t go to this hotel since they handle guests’ personal belongings. They apologized and said they would reimburse me, but at checkout they charged me the full amount anyway. It felt like they were almost making fun of me.

The breakfast was wonderful! Unfortunately, this time my room was very moldy, and the housekeepers left dirty towels from other guests. I couldn’t change rooms.
