The breakfast was generous and really nice, and the garden is full of lovely plants. The little cabins sit in a lush setting beneath the mountains, with beautiful views. It’s about a 20-30 minute drive to sede Teresopolis.

We spent just one night here in December 2022 while road-tripping as two couples and looking for somewhere near Serra dos Órgãos. We booked that morning, and Vanessa quickly confirmed and sent driving directions. We arrived after dark, so those directions came in handy. The clean, pleasant cabins are set in an incredible jungle location, with the river running behind them. A short walk down the road takes you to public access for waterfalls and, if you’re up for it, rock slides. Breakfast was just right, with açaí and coffee, and Vanessa was a wonderful host. We’d like to return and spend longer in the area, and we’d stay here again.

It had everything I needed to enjoy my vacation. The place is beautiful, and I was welcomed so warmly. I’ve already told my friends about it and will be back again.
